Refund and Returns Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Perishable goods (e.e., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected]. In your email, please include:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back before receiving an RMA number, as it may delay your refund.
- Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and follow the return process for the original item. Once approved, we will ship out the replacement item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
