Order Tracking

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it is undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • If the customer chooses not to have the item re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the product price only, minus any original shipping costs and a potential restocking fee.
